Devaska Gordon and Christopher Wilson Arrested for Nashville Shoplifting

Two men arrested for stealing thousands from Nashville malls

Two New York men, Devaska Gordon, 40, and Christopher Wilson, 28, were arrested on March 13, 2025, after being caught shoplifting at the Cool Springs Galleria in Franklin, Tennessee.

Franklin police responded to a theft in progress call at the mall and, after a brief foot pursuit, apprehended both suspects. Authorities recovered several stolen items from various stores within the Galleria. A search of the suspects’ vehicle revealed more than $3,000 worth of stolen goods, which were connected to thefts at Opry Mills Mall in Nashville.

Gordon was charged with evading arrest, theft under $1,000, possession of an anti-theft device, and simple possession. Wilson faces charges of evading arrest, theft under $1,000, and possession of an anti-theft device.

Both men were taken to the Williamson County Jail and are being held on a $10,000 bond.
