The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 24-year-old Destiny Andrews, a Butler resident, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Ontario.
According to deputies, Andrews was charged with first-degree criminal contempt after she allegedly violated a stay-away order of protection by repeatedly texting her ex-boyfriend.
She was taken into custody and is scheduled for arraignment in CAP Court at the Wayne County Jail.
