Dennis Jemison, 40, has been arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies after allegedly stealing hundreds of dollars in merchandise from an Ulta Beauty in the Town of Victor.
Authorities say Jemison was initially taken into custody on a bench warrant issued by Victor Town Court for failing to appear. He is charged with fourth-degree grand larceny for allegedly taking $1,148 in merchandise on March 9, and petit larceny for a separate incident on March 15 involving $577 worth of perfume.
Jemison is being held at the Ontario County Jail on bail and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer to all charges.
