Acting on intelligence, officers seized 411 kilograms of high-quality ganja valued at approximately Rs 1.90 crore (Rs229,000) in the international market. Four accused were arrested, including the syndicate’s kingpin and main supplier.

The operation, led by Inspector Sandeep Yadav and supervised by ACP Ajay Kumar and DCP Harsh Indora, commenced on July 6 near Sector-19, Dwarka. The Crime Branch intercepted an Ashok Leyland truck and a Nexon car during the transfer of ganja.

Lokesh Bhardwaj (27), Ashish Khasa alias Ashu (20), and Moeen Khan (24) were arrested on-site. Following interrogation, the key supplier, Srikant Prasad (33), was apprehended in Odisha on July 10 after a thorough search.
