Dean & Devon Williams Arrested in Lincoln Vehicle Theft

Five stolen vehicles recovered by Niagara police

LINCOLN, ON (Nov. 7, 2025) — Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 8 District officers executed a warrant as part of an investigation into stolen vehicles.

Officers from the 8 District Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB), with support from the Auto Theft Unit (ATU), recovered five stolen vehicles at a property in the Town of Lincoln. All vehicles were seized and processed as evidence.

Two Lincoln men, 51-year-old Dean Williams and 52-year-old Devon Williams, were arrested and charged with:

Possessing property obtained by crime over $5,000

Possessing property obtained by crime over $5,000 for the purpose of trafficking

Both men were released on conditions and are scheduled for a future court appearance.

The Auto Theft Unit has taken over the investigation, which remains ongoing. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact NRPS.
