A Dawson Springs man, Adam Turner, was arrested in Princeton on Thursday morning following a traffic stop that revealed multiple active warrants, including one for theft.
According to Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison, officers stopped Turner, 32, for driving with expired registration plates around 11:20 AM. A routine records check revealed that Turner’s license had been suspended, and he also had two active warrants from Christian County.
Turner was promptly arrested and charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license, driving without insurance, and possessing expired plates. In addition to these charges, Turner was served with two warrants: one for failure to appear in court related to traffic violations, and another for theft of property valued over $1,000.
Turner was taken into custody and is now being held at the Caldwell County Jail.
