Mobile, Ala. (WPMI) — A Mobile County Grand Jury has indicted 17-year-old Dawson Cade Rogers on an extreme indifference murder charge following a fatal crash that claimed the life of 19-year-old Nolan McDavid in 2024.
According to the indictment, Rogers was either driving at an excessive speed or under the influence when the accident occurred on November 23, 2024, on Lott Road.
Authorities set Rogers’ bond at $50,000 as the case moves forward. The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
