David “Dee” Leonard Arrested in Arkansas Forgery Case

Corning police charge man with four counts of forgery

Police in Corning, Arkansas, have arrested a man following a fraud investigation.

After completing their inquiry, the Corning Police Department submitted an affidavit seeking an arrest warrant, which was approved the same day.

Authorities took 37-year-old David “Dee” Leonard into custody and transported him to the Clay County Detention Center. He has been booked on four counts of second-degree forgery.

District Judge Curtis Hitt has set Leonard’s bond at $25,000 as the case moves forward.
