Dallas, TX – Gregory Noble, 55, has been arrested after committing at least 14 violent felonies across Dallas County, including robbing a bank and multiple carjackings. The Dallas Police Department apprehended him on Thursday, March 20, 2025, following a spree of criminal activities across several locations.

According to police, Noble stole a car from the 14500 block of Dallas Parkway in Far North Dallas. When the victim contacted the authorities, it was reported that a handgun had been left in the car. Shortly after, Noble robbed a PNC Bank on Preston Road, using the stolen car as his getaway vehicle.

Noble continued his crime spree by threatening employees at a business on Lemmon Avenue, where he stole another car. Later, he attempted to carjack another vehicle at gunpoint but was unsuccessful. Police say Noble went on to steal a third vehicle after demanding a ride from victims at Leonides Gonzalez Cigarroa, M.D. Elementary School, where he fired a gun into the air and took the principal’s keys before driving away.

Noble’s spree did not end there. He crashed his third stolen vehicle into two other cars and then threatened a person and their child before stealing a fourth car. Noble continued his crime wave by abandoning this vehicle in Farmers Branch and stealing a fifth car. He then traveled to Coppell, where he tried unsuccessfully to carjack another vehicle before fleeing the scene and crashing once again.

Following the crash, Noble allegedly stole a sixth vehicle before abandoning it in Irving and stealing a seventh car. He was eventually spotted in Dallas and attempted to evade police by speeding away from a traffic stop. Noble crashed his vehicle in a parking lot near Trinity Groves and refused to exit the car, prompting a response from the Dallas SWAT team, who took him into custody.

Local resident Jack Booker, who was nearby, captured the dramatic scene on video. “I kind of wanted to see what was going to happen,” Booker said, recounting the moment he witnessed the arrest unfold.

Noble is facing charges including robbery of a business, aggravated robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and evading arrest. Additional charges from the FBI and other law enforcement agencies are expected.

Currently being held in the Dallas County Jail, Noble has an extensive criminal history, including a prior conviction for bank robbery. He also has a warrant out of Nacogdoches.
