Concord, NH Police Make Multiple Arrests in March 2026

Charges range from assault to theft and drug possession

Concord, New Hampshire, law enforcement made multiple arrests and issued several summonses in March 2026 for offenses ranging from assault and domestic violence to theft, drug possession, and traffic violations.

Notable arrests include:

Jayson Pardi, 18, arrested March 17 on false imprisonment, domestic violence, and two counts each of simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Also charged with theft by unauthorized taking under $1,000 at Books-A-Million.
Eugene A. Keator, 50, arrested March 15 on a warrant related to an incident on Loudon Road bridge.
Valerie E. Fredette, 42, arrested March 14 for felony possession of a controlled drug, breach of bail, resisting arrest, and receiving stolen property (felony due to prior convictions).
Jennifer L. Lane, 43, received a summons March 13 for theft under $1,000 at Target.
Justine Nyangyobe Ramadhani, 27, arrested March 11 for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault at Concord Gardens apartment complex.
Kevin Clay Welcome, 65, received a summons Feb. 24 for criminal trespass at Walmart.
Gavin Alan Mayville, 18, cited Feb. 24 for conduct after an accident and unsafe lane change on Pleasant Street Extension.
Nathanie Paul Joseph Breon, 32, arrested Feb. 24 on a warrant at Branch Turnpike.
Lacey Marie Morando, 24, arrested Feb. 24 for two counts each of simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault on Rumford Street.
Amino Hussein, 20, received a summons Feb. 24 for operating without a valid license on Stark Street in Penacook.
Dennis M. Reid, 70, arrested Feb. 23 for simple assault at Genesis Eldercare-Pleasant View Retirement.
Eric Alan Sellar, 42, arrested Feb. 22 for domestic violence without a warrant at Best Western on Hall Street.
Analeese S. Williams, 37, received a summons Feb. 22 for a camping restricted violation on city property at Old Suncook Road.

Police continue to investigate and note that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
