The Coimbatore City Police have successfully apprehended two men involved in running a flesh trade racket.
The accused, Sikkandar Basha, aged 38, from Cumbum, Theni district, and S. Stephan, aged 32, from Marthandam, Kanniyakumari district, were arrested on September 5, 2024.
The police are continuing their investigation into the racket as they probe further into the operation. The arrests are part of the ongoing efforts to dismantle illegal sex trade networks in the region.
