BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – Cody Willis, 31, was arrested on January 12, 2025, after Boise Police discovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property during a compliance check at a residence on West York Street.
Investigation & Arrest
Boise officers assisted Probation and Parole with a compliance check when they spotted drug paraphernalia in plain view. Multiple individuals at the residence had outstanding warrants, and further investigation revealed that Willis was in possession of methamphetamine.
Willis was also a suspect in a prior grand theft case from November 2024, involving the theft of an electric scooter and a vehicle burglary. A property crimes detective arrived on the scene to continue the investigation.
