MILLBROOK, Ala. — Two Montgomery residents, Christopher L. Franklin, 50, and Anita J. Brockman, 47, were arrested July 25, 2025, in connection with a burglary and theft investigation in Millbrook.
The investigation began May 23 after a resident in the 100 block of Cedar Court reported lawn equipment stolen from his property. Millbrook detectives recovered and returned the stolen items shortly after the complaint.
Franklin and Brockman face charges of two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree theft of property. Both are being held in the Elmore County Jail under a combined bond of $42,000.
