JUPITER, Fla. — Jupiter police arrested a man early Saturday morning on multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and using or displaying a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to a police report.

The suspect, identified as Christopher A. Bogue, a White male, was taken into custody in connection with allegations of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and a weapon offense for the use or display of a firearm during a felony. The arrest is documented under Report No. 564637, filed by the Jupiter Police Department (agency 54–Jupiter).

The report was published January 11, 2026, at 3:18 a.m. Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances of the arrest, the type of controlled substance involved, or whether the firearm was discharged or tied to any specific criminal act.

Under Florida law, possession of controlled substances without a prescription is a criminal offense that may carry fines, probation, and potential incarceration. Firearm offenses during the commission of a felony carry significantly enhanced penalties, including mandatory prison terms.

At the time of publication, information regarding bond, court dates, or additional proceedings had not been released. Bogue is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Boca Raton Tribune will continue to monitor the case and provide updates as more details become available through law enforcement and court records.
