Chinnambavi Murder Solved: Jewellery Shop Owner and 3 Arrested

Four Arrested for Murder, Rs 6.53 Lakh and Stolen Jewelry Recovered

A case of suspicious death reported in Chinnambavi, Wanaparthy district, was revealed to be a murder for gain after the arrest of a jewellery shop owner from Nagarkurnool district and three of his associates, who had flown in from Rajasthan to carry out the crime.

The four accused, Deepak Mali (24), Ramesh Mali (22), Jagish Bharwad (26), and Mukesh Meghwal (27), were apprehended, and authorities recovered stolen gold ornaments weighing 780 grams, silver jewellery exceeding seven kilograms, and ₹6.53 lakh in cash.

Wanaparthy Superintendent of Police Ravula Giridhar shared the details of the case, explaining that Chinnambavi police discovered the body of an unidentified man in the early stages of decomposition on the evening of November 23. The investigation soon led to the arrest of the four suspects, solving the crime.
