Chickasaw Man Arrested for Robbing PNC Bank in Mobile

Montreal Leonta Anderson, 28, faces first-degree robbery charges after demanding money from a bank teller at PNC Bank.

Mobile, Ala. — Montreal Leonta Anderson, 28, of Chickasaw, was arrested Monday for allegedly committing first-degree robbery at PNC Bank on Springhill Ave.

According to the Mobile Police Department (MPD), officers responded to a report of a robbery at the bank at approximately 9:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Anderson still at the scene and took him into custody without incident.

An investigation revealed that Anderson approached a bank teller with a note demanding money.

He was arrested and now faces first-degree robbery charges.
