CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, SC — A narcotics operation carried out by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of Donald Roger Burr, 65, of Pageland, on April 17, 2025. The operation was the culmination of a two-part investigation involving controlled drug purchases from the suspect’s residence on Airport Road in Pageland.
The Chesterfield County Narcotics Unit, with support from the Special Response Team, executed a search warrant at Burr’s home after confirming illegal drug transactions. During the search, law enforcement officials recovered:
20 grams of methamphetamines
Ammunition
Scales
Packaging materials
Miscellaneous pills
As a result of the operation, Burr was charged with Distribution of Methamphetamines, Trafficking Methamphetamines, Felon in Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition, and Possession of Scheduled 2 Controlled Substances.
Burr was arrested and taken to the Chesterfield County Detention Center, where he is currently being held.
