Victim Wen Huan Huang Left Critically Injured

by Sophia Bennett

Police have arrested Charles Gabriel Sho and Thomas Alfonso Arriola in connection with a brutal attack on Wen Huan Huang, 30, at the Crown Game Shop in San Pedro on December 17.

Authorities say the two suspects have been formally charged with attempted murder, robbery, and arson following the violent incident.

According to investigators, Huang was beaten and stabbed during the attack and was left critically injured inside the business. Witness accounts indicate the assailants were heard urging one another to kill him before fleeing the scene.

Huang was later found covered in blood and was airlifted to Belize City for emergency medical treatment. His current condition has not been publicly disclosed.

Police recovered and reviewed surveillance footage from the area, which helped investigators identify Sho and Arriola as the primary suspects. Following further investigation, both men were taken into custody and charged in connection with the attack.

Authorities say the case remains under investigation as they work to determine the motive behind the incident and whether additional charges may be filed.
