SPRING, Texas — Two women were arrested for allegedly stealing nearly $2,000 in merchandise from a CVS store on January 29, 2026.
Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office located the suspects, Chansaique Collins and Sharda Ware, at a nearby H-E-B shortly after they left the store without paying. A search warrant on their vehicle recovered the stolen items.
Both women were booked into the Harris County Jail. Collins, facing felony theft with prior convictions, was granted a bond of $20,000 by the 180th District Court. Ware was charged with theft and had a bond set at $100 by County Court 8.
Constable Herman’s office emphasized the swift action highlights ongoing efforts to prevent retail theft in the Spring area.
