ASCENSION PARISH, La. (WAFB) – Authorities are still searching for a Baton Rouge man accused of working with his girlfriend to commit a string of retail thefts across several Louisiana parishes.
Catherine Binder, 37, of Denham Springs, and Thederick Turner, 35, of Baton Rouge, are linked to a series of thefts, including stolen jewelry and an electric scooter from Walmart in Prairieville, as well as other retail incidents in Livingston and Tangipahoa parishes.
