Carter County Man Arrested for Aggravated Meth Trafficking

Eric Sarver faces drug trafficking and firearm charges in Carter County

CARTER COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) — Eric Sarver, 35, was arrested in Carter County on Sunday and accused of aggravated trafficking of methamphetamine. According to court documents, authorities found over 200 grams of methamphetamine during their investigation.

Sarver was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. Law enforcement reportedly discovered a shotgun and a pistol in his home, both of which Sarver is prohibited from possessing due to a 2007 burglary conviction in Hamilton, Ohio.

If convicted, Sarver faces up to life in prison.
