PARKERSBURG — Three individuals were arrested on Wednesday in Parkersburg during a fentanyl-related investigation conducted by the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force.
The task force executed a search warrant at 18 Haught Street, where the Wood County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team made entry. Authorities discovered approximately 100 grams of suspected fentanyl, suboxone, digital scales, and a significant amount of U.S. currency at the residence.
Bryson Boey, from Columbus, was charged with possession of fentanyl and suboxone with intent to deliver. Also arrested were James Blevins and Carl Porter, both residents of the same address, facing charges of maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance use.
All three remain in custody. Boey was arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court and is being held on a $150,000 surety bond. Blevins and Porter were each arraigned and held on $10,000 surety bonds.
The Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force includes members from the West Virginia State Police, Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Parkersburg Police Department, and Vienna Police Department.
