Brothers Frank and Christopher Simmons Arrested for Murder in North Charleston

Two Additional Arrests in Fatal Shooting of Timothy Haynes

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Frank Simmons, 21, and Christopher Simmons, 20, were arrested and charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Timothy Haynes in North Charleston.

The U.S. Marshals apprehended the brothers on West Robinhood Drive on Thursday. They are now being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center. Their arrest follows that of Camryn Brown, 22, who was previously charged with murder related to the same incident.

According to the North Charleston Police Department, the shooting took place on Wales Court at the Collins Park Apartments. Officers arrived on the scene to find Timothy Haynes unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to perform life-saving measures, Haynes was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the deadly shooting continues.
