Dallas, TX — A man is in custody after a violent 30-minute crime spree in Dallas on Sunday afternoon that included a stabbing, two carjackings, and multiple threats at knifepoint.
Police say Brittian Valentine began the rampage by arguing with a man along Harry Hines Boulevard and stabbing him, leaving the victim in critical condition. Within minutes, Valentine allegedly carjacked two different victims at knifepoint and threatened another man with the same weapon.
Authorities tracked Valentine to a nearby homeless shelter, where he attempted to flee on foot before being apprehended by officers.
Valentine is now facing multiple felony charges including:
Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
Robbery
Unauthorized use of a vehicle
Resisting arrest
Evading arrest
Officials confirmed the investigation is ongoing.
