CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. — Brianna Reynolds was arrested following a suspicious fire investigation on Nash Lane early Friday morning, according to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded around 8 a.m. after reports of the fire, with assistance from Campbell County Public Safety, the Gladys Fire Department, and the Virginia State Police.

Upon arrival, Reynolds was taken into custody and charged with arson — specifically burning or destroying a dwelling — as well as assault and battery on a law enforcement officer.

She is currently being held without bond at Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Amherst.

The sheriff’s office extended gratitude to the supporting agencies involved in the investigation.
