PHILADELPHIA — Brian Zenszer, 44, of Warminster, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty today in federal court to charges related to child pornography distribution and possession, U.S. Attorney David Metcalf announced.
Zenszer entered his plea before U.S. District Court Judge Harvey Bartle III, admitting to one count of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
According to court documents, Zenszer knowingly distributed an explicit video involving a minor on July 21, 2024, and later, on November 6, 2024, was found in possession of a Samsung phone that contained sexually explicit images of minors — including children under the age of 12.
The case was initiated following two CyberTips submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Investigators traced the reports to two Kik messenger accounts linked directly to Zenszer, who was indicted in December 2024.
Federal sentencing will follow, with penalties likely to include a substantial prison term and registration as a sex offender.
