North Little Rock, Ark. – On Wednesday, North Little Rock police arrested 27-year-old Brian Scroggins in connection with the December 10, 2024 death of 56-year-old Herbert Martin.
Authorities said that on the morning of December 10, officers responded to a call from the 200 block of West 47th Street at approximately 5 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Martin suffering from severe injuries. He was rushed to a local hospital but later succumbed to his wounds.
Scroggins, a North Little Rock resident, was taken into custody on Tuesday morning. His first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday.
