LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. – A North Carolina man is facing serious drug charges after being arrested in Lexington County for fentanyl trafficking, authorities announced.
Brandon Ulysses Pinkard, 41, has been charged with three counts of trafficking fentanyl following a series of controlled drug purchases conducted earlier this year, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies say the controlled operations, which were part of an ongoing investigation, provided sufficient evidence to charge and apprehend Pinkard.
Further details regarding the investigation or total fentanyl seized have not been released as the case remains under review. Authorities emphasized their continued commitment to targeting drug trafficking operations that threaten public safety in the region.
