Police seek 39-year-old man in multi-felony fraud case

PARKESBURG, PA — Authorities in Parkesburg have issued a criminal arrest warrant for 39-year-old Bradford Eric Cox in connection with a sophisticated identity theft and fraud investigation.

The Parkesburg Borough Police Department revealed that the investigation began on February 12, 2025, and led to formal charges being filed on July 15. Cox, whose last known address was on the 400 block of West Third Avenue, faces multiple felony charges related to the alleged fraudulent operation.

Details about the specific nature and scale of the offenses have not yet been disclosed. Cox is described as a white male, standing 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
