BISMARCK, N.D. — A Bismarck man was arrested Monday and faces multiple charges following a violent incident, including attempted murder, child abuse, and aggravated assault.
According to Mandan Police, 31-year-old Bryce Snow assaulted a known adult, reportedly hitting, punching, and choking the victim. Snow claimed that the choking was consensual but denied other forms of contact.
A court affidavit revealed that investigators suspected Snow was under the influence of illegal drugs at the time of the incident.
Snow’s bond was set at $7,500, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 17. Authorities continue to investigate the incident, which involved organized acts of violence against the victim.
