A Bismarck man has been arrested in connection with a January 2, 2025, burglary at the VFW All Seasons Arena. Devin O’Fallon, 29, was taken into custody on Friday after selling stolen equipment to an undercover officer. At the time of his arrest, O’Fallon was on parole for previous burglaries and has a criminal history dating back to 2013.

Bismarck Police recovered several stolen items, including a laptop, electronic cables, a computer screen, and two video cameras. During a search of O’Fallon’s car, officers also found an angle grinder and clothing that matched footage from surveillance cameras.

The investigation began when Bismarck Police discovered items had been stolen from PSP Network at the VFW Sports Center on January 2nd. PSP Network is known for streaming North Dakota sporting events statewide.

The Bismarck Police Department praised its officers, detectives, and supporting agencies, including North Dakota Parole and Probation, for their efforts in locating O’Fallon. He is now in custody, facing multiple charges related to burglary, theft, and possession of stolen property.
