Bilga police arrested Manpreet Kumar, alias Mani, from Mohalla Joshian, Talwan village, on charges of heroin possession and sale. SHO Palwindar Singh confirmed the recovery of 8 grams of heroin from the accused during the operation. A case under Sections 21-B, 61, and 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against him. Investigations are ongoing.
