In a shocking turn of events, Bengaluru police have arrested Abhishek, the man accused of fatally stabbing 24-year-old Kriti Kumari in her paying guest (PG) accommodation in Koramangala. Abhishek, who is originally from Bihar, was apprehended in Madhya Pradesh and is being brought back to Bengaluru for further investigation.
Kriti Kumari, a business development associate at a project-based learning platform, had been living in the PG accommodation in Bengaluru since March. On Tuesday night, around 11 pm, she was brutally attacked and killed. The incident was captured on CCTV, which helped the police track down the accused.
Police are continuing their investigation to determine the motive behind the crime.
