Riley County Police have arrested three more Manhattan teenagers in connection with a reported assault and robbery in Aggieville, bringing the total number of arrests in the case to five.
On Wednesday, authorities took 16-year-old Avante Cunningham, 16-year-old Kaeden Guerrero, and 14-year-old Nehemiah Jackson into custody. All three face charges of aggravated robbery and battery. Cunningham is being held at the Douglas County Juvenile Detention Center, while Guerrero and Jackson are detained at the Reno County Juvenile Detention Center.
The arrests stem from an April 12 incident in Aggieville involving a 17-year-old victim who told police he was assaulted and robbed.
Earlier in the week, 15-year-old Amarion Blanton and 17-year-old Joshua Davis Jr. were also arrested on the same charges. Both are being held at the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Junction City.
Riley County Police say the case is still under active investigation.
