SARATOGA COUNTY, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Austin Lewis of Troy, New York, on Wednesday following a warrant issued by the Clifton Park Town Court.
Lewis faces charges of grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony, for allegedly stealing more than $3,000 from his employer between January 1, 2024, and January 24, 2025.
He was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court proceedings.
