Austin Cline Charged with Shooting at Uncle in Wyoming County Dispute

Man Arrested for Firing Shot at Uncle During Domestic Argument

HANOVER, W.Va. — A Wyoming County man, Austin Cline, has been charged with shooting at his uncle during a domestic dispute. State Police responded to the scene on Lower Muzzle Road in the Hanover community on Sunday, where they arrested Cline, 29, for allegedly firing a shot at his uncle, Teddy Toler, 47, during a heated argument.

The two men, who live in close proximity to one another, were involved in the altercation when Cline allegedly fired a shot. The bullet struck the ground, and fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

Cline is currently being held at the Southern Regional Jail, facing charges of wanton endangerment, domestic assault, and possession of a controlled substance.
