ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Audie A. Arliss, 39, has been charged with robbery and grand larceny following a theft at Lyons National Bank on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies apprehended Arliss as he attempted to flee the area. Investigators noted that he possessed a significant amount of cash and was wearing clothing matching witness descriptions.
Arliss faces one count of third-degree robbery and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. He was taken to CAP court where he awaits arraignment. The case will proceed to the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
