Auburn Woman Arrested for Petit Larceny at Seneca Falls Walmart

Heidi E. Neville Charged After Leaving Store Without Paying

A 52-year-old woman from Auburn was arrested on Friday morning following an alleged theft at a Walmart in Seneca Falls. Heidi E. Neville was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department at 11:18 a.m. on November 1 after she reportedly left the store without paying for several items.

Following the investigation, Neville was charged with one count of petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. After her arrest, she was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she is currently awaiting arraignment at CAP court.
