Auburn Man Sentenced to 35 Months for Cocaine Base Trafficking

Devonne Scott sentenced after selling crack cocaine to informant in 2023

Devonne Scott, a 31-year-old man from Auburn, has been sentenced to 35 months in prison for trafficking cocaine base. According to court records, in July 2023, a confidential informant tipped off the FBI that Scott had agreed to sell them crack cocaine.

The following month, the informant successfully purchased suspected cocaine base from Scott. After pleading guilty to the charges in September, Scott was sentenced to the prison term earlier this month.
