FEASTERVILLE, PA — Ashley Mack, 34, was arrested on August 10 by Lower Southampton Township Police after being caught concealing stolen items at a TJ Maxx store in Feasterville.
Mack was wanted by Abington Township Police for retail theft and had two active retail theft warrants issued by Lower Southampton authorities. In addition, she was also wanted by the Bucks and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Offices for failure to appear in court on previous charges.
After her arrest, Mack was arraigned and transported to Bucks County Prison, where she awaits preliminary hearings.
Police say the arrest was part of an ongoing effort to apprehend repeat offenders with outstanding warrants.
