Ashley Long Arrested for Meth Trafficking in Escambia County

Meth, cocaine, firearms seized in Rue Max Street raid

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Two individuals were arrested after deputies uncovered a trafficking quantity of methamphetamine during a search of a home on Rue Max Street on Tuesday.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, supported by the ECSO SWAT Team, executed a search warrant at a residence on the 800 block of Rue Max Street.

During the operation, deputies confiscated about 28 grams of methamphetamine, one gram of cocaine, and two firearms. Additionally, a stolen vehicle reported in Escambia County was recovered on site.

Arrested were 38-year-old Ashley Long, charged with methamphetamine trafficking, cocaine possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and 28-year-old Darmichael Turner, charged with cocaine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Long is being held without bond, while Turner’s bond is set at $3,500.
