SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. —
A 38-year-old woman from Queensbury, Ashley T. Hervieux, was arrested in April after police accused her of stealing over $90,000 from her former employer in Saratoga Springs.
Hervieux was indicted on one felony count of second-degree grand larceny on April 18, following an investigation that began after the theft was reported to police in October 2024.
Authorities say Hervieux, who had been employed at a business on Marion Ave., stole the funds over a three-year period. After the investigation, the Investigations Division concluded that Hervieux was responsible for the theft.
Hervieux was processed and arraigned in County Court and is awaiting a future court date.
