ROCHESTER, MN (KROC-AM News) — An arrest warrant has been issued today for 34-year-old Deander Zachairs Pulliam, who was convicted of a felony after leading a high-speed chase with a State Trooper in Rochester. Pulliam, an Illinois resident, was arrested in September 2023 following a Labor Day weekend incident.

According to court records, Pulliam was the driver of an SUV that fled from a traffic stop on Highway 52 near the 6th Street Southwest interchange in Rochester. The trooper attempted to stop the vehicle for speeding but witnessed Pulliam passing other cars at speeds of around 120 mph on both the left and right shoulders of the highway. Due to safety concerns, the trooper ended the pursuit.

Later that day, Chatfield police responded to reports of a man and woman, matching the descriptions of the suspects, walking through yards. Authorities found Pulliam in a field near Highway 52, where he was arrested.
