Sumter Co., SC (WOLO) — On March 2, 2025, Antwan Jamal Bratton, 34, was arrested following an investigation into High and Aggravated Domestic Violence and Criminal Sexual Conduct in Sumter County. Authorities were called to Saint Marks Road after receiving reports of a violent incident, including sexual battery.
Deputies responded to the scene and quickly apprehended Bratton. An arrest warrant for his charges had been issued on February 23, 2025, and after further investigation, Bratton was taken into custody without incident.
Bratton is being held at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center where his bond has been denied. Authorities continue to investigate the case.
