KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the January 8 armed robbery at New Star Mart in Kirksville.

Anthony Williams, 40, of Kirksville, was arrested on Saturday for his role in the robbery and has been charged with first-degree robbery.

Previously arrested were Kaydyn Aldridge, 20, and James Findling Jr., 37, both from Kirksville. According to the Kirksville Police Department (KPD), Aldridge entered the store armed with a weapon, threatened to shoot the clerk, and stole an undisclosed amount of money. Findling, who was working as a clerk at the time, was a willing participant in the robbery.

Investigators later revealed that Williams had driven Aldridge to and from the scene of the crime.

The investigation is ongoing, and all three suspects are facing serious charges related to the robbery.
