A Healdton woman, Ann Perdue, 48, is facing criminal charges following a serious crash in Ardmore, Oklahoma, that left one man with multiple injuries.

The collision occurred on Sunday at the intersection of Jehovah Road and Holiday Road. According to court documents, Perdue’s blood alcohol content was allegedly above the legal limit at the time of the crash. Authorities say she also had an open can of alcohol in the vehicle.

The crash resulted in one man sustaining two broken femurs, a severe injury that may require long-term recovery.

Perdue has been charged and could face up to five years in prison if convicted.
