CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — Andres Morales-Molina was arrested and charged with fourth-degree child molestation following allegations that he assaulted four juveniles at a public pool on June 22, 2025.
According to the probable cause statement, the incident occurred around 5:12 p.m. while the juveniles were in the pool. Morales-Molina is accused of inappropriately touching the children.
Employees at the pool detained Morales-Molina before police arrived and took him into custody. The investigation into the matter is still ongoing.
