Andres De Jesus Que-Juarez Arrested on Multiple Domestic Violence Charges

25-year-old detained in Grand Junction after domestic violence arrest

A 25-year-old man has been arrested in Grand Junction on several charges related to a domestic violence incident. On Wednesday afternoon, deputies from the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andres De Jesus Que-Juarez at an apartment complex in Battlement Mesa.

Que-Juarez faces a range of serious charges, including:

Domestic violence

Simple assault in the third degree

False imprisonment (abduction without ransom or assault)

Child abuse – negligence

Criminal mischief (ranging from $300 to $1,000)

Obstruction of telephone services

In response to reports that Que-Juarez might be armed with a gun, deputies, alongside officers from other law enforcement agencies, were stationed at the apartment complex as a precaution. However, Que-Juarez was taken into custody without incident.
