ROME, GA — Amanda Danielle Wynn, 45, of Rome, has been arrested in connection with a coordinated theft at a Valero gas station on Calhoun Road that took place on July 6, 2025.
According to police reports, Wynn allegedly distracted a store employee, allowing an accomplice to steal $1,160 in cash from the business. Authorities say the theft appeared planned, and Wynn played an active role in enabling the crime.
She now faces charges of theft by taking and party to a crime.
Wynn was taken into custody this week following an investigation. Additional suspects may still be under review as the case progresses.
