Amanda L. McKinney, a 40-year-old woman from Dansville, has been charged with several counts of grand larceny after allegedly committing fraudulent transactions involving multiple victims, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
McKinney was arrested on April 2 and faces multiple charges, including third-degree grand larceny (a class D felony), two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny (class E felony), first-degree scheme to defraud (class E felony), first-degree identity theft (class D felony), second-degree identity theft (class E felony), and petit larceny.
The case highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to address fraudulent activities and identity theft in the community.
